These Terms & Refund Policy (“Terms”) govern your use of zibbyshop.com (the “Site”) and any order you place with Zibby Shop (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Zibby Shop
Zibby Shop sells the 6-Layer Faucet Water Filter and related accessories to customers in Ghana, with free nationwide delivery.
2. Orders & Payment
Placing an order through this Site is an offer to buy, which we confirm by phone, WhatsApp, or on delivery. Orders are paid for on delivery, in cash, or by Mobile Money, at the price shown at checkout at the time you order. All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are subject to change without notice for future orders; the price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Delivery
We deliver nationwide across all 16 regions of Ghana, typically within 1–4 business days depending on your location. You may inspect your package before paying on delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
If your filter arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund. If you simply change your mind, you may return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery; a delivery fee may apply to change-of-mind returns. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the order, or as store credit at your request, once the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Warranty
The filter housing is covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear of the replaceable cotton filter pad, misuse, or damage caused by incorrect installation.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or provide false information when placing an order.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zibby Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our products, beyond the value of your order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
9. This Site Is Not Part of Facebook
This Site is independently owned and operated by Zibby Shop and is not part of, endorsed by, or affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way. FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Zibby Shop is solely responsible for the Site, its content, and the products sold on it.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
