These Terms & Refund Policy (“Terms”) govern your use of zibbyshop.com (the “Site”) and any order you place with Zibby Shop (“we”, “us”, “our”). Zibby Shop is operated by Willowcart Cartmere. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Zibby Shop
Zibby Shop sells home products to customers in Ghana, including the 6-Layer Faucet Water Filter and its accessories and the Roach Doctor Cockroach Killing Gel, with free nationwide delivery.
2. Orders & Payment
Placing an order through this Site, on WhatsApp or by phone is an offer to buy, which we confirm by phone, WhatsApp, or on delivery. Orders are paid for on delivery, in cash, or by Mobile Money, at the price shown at checkout at the time you order. All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are subject to change without notice for future orders; the price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Delivery
We deliver nationwide across all 16 regions of Ghana, typically within 1–4 business days depending on your location. You may inspect your package before paying on delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
If you simply change your mind, you may return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery; a delivery fee may apply to change-of-mind returns. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products (such as cockroach gel) cannot be returned for a change of mind. They are covered only by any product guarantee in Section 5.
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the order (or Mobile Money for cash-on-delivery orders), or as store credit at your request, once the returned item is received and inspected, or once a guarantee claim is approved.
5. Product Guarantees
5.1 When a guarantee applies. Some products come with a money-back guarantee for a stated number of days. A guarantee applies only where it is clearly stated on that product’s page on this Site, on its packaging, or in our official advertising, and is listed in Section 5.3. The guarantee period starts on the day your order is delivered.
5.2 Requirements for every guarantee claim. To make a claim, all of the following must apply:
- You ordered directly from Zibby Shop (through this Site, our WhatsApp line, or by phone).
- You contact us on WhatsApp within the guarantee period, from the phone number used for the order or quoting your order name and phone number.
- You used the product as directed in the instructions on the product page and packaging.
- You return any unopened or unused units from the same order.
- You are willing to share a short description, photo or video of how and where the product was used, so we can first help you get it working.
- One guarantee claim per customer, household and product.
If the claim is approved, we refund the amount you paid for the product within 5 business days, via Mobile Money or the original payment method. We may decline claims that do not meet these requirements or that show signs of misuse or abuse.
5.3 Products currently covered.
- Roach Doctor Cockroach Killing Gel: 14-day money-back guarantee. If you apply the gel as directed and do not see a clear reduction in cockroaches within 14 days of delivery, message us on WhatsApp within those 14 days. As well as meeting the requirements in 5.2, you must apply the gel as small dots in cracks, corners and the other hiding places shown in the instructions. You must also not spray insecticide or use strong cleaners on or near the gel during those 14 days.
Products not listed in 5.3 do not carry a money-back guarantee, but are still covered by Sections 4 and 6.
6. Warranty
The water filter housing is covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear of the replaceable cotton filter pad, misuse, or damage caused by incorrect installation.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or provide false information when placing an order.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zibby Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our products, beyond the value of your order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
10. This Site Is Not Part of Facebook
This Site is independently owned and operated by Zibby Shop and is not part of, endorsed by, or affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way. FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Zibby Shop is solely responsible for the Site, its content, and the products sold on it.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Any change applies only to orders placed after that date.
